This document (the "Terms and Conditions") and our privacy policy document (the "Privacy Policy") apply to your access to and use of the services offered by Miranda-Langa Agro Export SAC ("the Services") within the site www.mirandalanga.comits subdomains and/or other related domains (hereinafter "mirandalanga.com" or the "Site").

Any person wishing to access and/or subscribe to and/or use the Site or the Services may do so by agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, detailed herein, together with all other policies and principles governing Miranda-Langa Agro Export SAC and which are incorporated herein directly or by reference or which are explained and/or detailed in other sections of the Site.

Consequently, all visits and transactions made on this Site, as well as their legal effects, shall be governed by the rules and subject to the applicable legislation in Peru. 1. Registration and use of the site

The user of this site will have at all times the rights of information, rectification and cancellation of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29733, Law on protection of personal data and may exercise them in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy of the Website. The user of this site, must use it for information purposes, at no time may make an improper or illegal use that may cause damage or harm to third parties or Miranda-Langa Agro Export SAC, for this purpose is subject to the jurisdiction of the laws of the Republic of Peru.

2. Amendments to the Agreement

Miranda-Langa Agro Export SAC may modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, making public on the Site the modified terms, as well as partially or totally suspend its operation without prior notice. All modified terms will become effective three (03) business days after their publication.

3. Procedure for using this website

In the contracts offered through the Site, Miranda-Langa Agro Export SAC will inform, in an unequivocal and easily accessible way, of the steps to be followed for the conclusion of the same, and will inform, where appropriate, if the electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be filed and if such document will be accessible to the User. The fact of following the steps indicated for this purpose on this site to make a request for information, is equivalent to accepting that the conditions contained in this section have been fulfilled.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included or made available to the User on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio files, digital downloads and any other information (the "Content"), is the exclusive property of Miranda-Langa Agro Export SAC. The collection of data and its content is the exclusive property of Miranda-Langa Agro Export SAC and, in this sense, the User must refrain from extracting and/or reusing parts of the Content without the prior and express consent of the Company.

5. Responsibility for Miranda-Langa Agro Export SAC

Miranda-Langa Agro Export SAC will use its best efforts to ensure that the transmission of the Site is uninterrupted and error-free. However, given the nature of the Internet service, these conditions cannot be guaranteed. In the same sense, the User's access to the Site may be occasionally restricted or suspended to carry out repairs, maintenance or introduce new Services. Miranda-Langa Agro Export SAC shall not be liable for losses (i) that have not been caused by the breach of its obligations; (ii) loss of profits or loss of business opportunities; (iii) any indirect damage.

6. Terms of the law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared illegal, or presents a loophole, or for any reason is unenforceable, it shall be interpreted within the framework and in any case shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

7. Notifications

Any comments, concerns or complaints regarding the foregoing Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the enforcement of any of them, should be notified in writing to Miranda-Langa Agro Export SAC at the following address: Calle Coronel Odriozola 189, Pueblo Libre, Lima, Perú.

8. Jurisdiction and applicable law

This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws in force in the Republic of Peru. The parties expressly agree that, in the event of disputes, they undertake to use their best and greatest efforts to find, directly or with assistance, a mutually satisfactory solution. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the unlikely event that the controversy continues, and even if it refers to the nullity, validity, execution or total or partial interpretation of this contract, the parties expressly agree to resort to arbitration at law through the Arbitration Tribunal of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Center, to whose rules, administration and decision the parties unconditionally submit, declaring to know and accept them in their entirety. The arbitration shall take place in the city of Lima, in the Spanish language and in the place decided by the Arbitration Court. The arbitration award shall be final and not subject to appeal.

In this document, Miranda-Langa Agro Export SAC (hereinafter "Miranda-Langa"), makes available to users its Privacy Policy, which is in harmony with the current regulations on protection of Personal Data (Law No. 29733 and Supreme Decree 003-2013-JUS). We collect the following personal information: 1.1. Regarding the personal data of our Customers: full name, national identity document, telephone, e-mail, address and voice. 1.2. Regarding the personal data of the Users of our Web: full name, telephone and e-mail. This information will be collected through virtual forms, physical forms, public and private access sources. Such personal data will be stored in the personal data bank called "Web Users"; for an indefinite period of time.

2. How do we protect your information?

Miranda-Langa has adopted all the technical, legal and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security and adequate treatment of your personal data; as well as to avoid its improper manipulation, accidental loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. We inform you that your data will not be commercialized, transferred or shared without your authorization and for purposes other than those described below.

The personal data you provide will be used for the following purposes: 3.1. In relation to the personal data of the Users of our Web: To process the request for information made under the consumer relationship established with Miranda-Langa.
