Chia seed, it is an herbaceous plant of the lamiaceae family. In pre-Columbian times chia was used as raw material for different functions such as: medicine, food and even painting. Likewise, it was used as an offering to the gods during religious ceremonies. Chia seeds soaked in water release the mucilage which produces a gelatinous liquid that has practically no flavor. For this reason, in some countries it is consumed mixed with juices or fruit juices or simply with essences as a refreshing drink.

Packing: bags of 25 kg and 50 kg or as per customer requirement.
