Product Features


Mote corn, it comes from a process by which the giant white corn is cooked and the skin is removed by means of natural abrasives and according to the traditional usage. The denomination mote, is a Quechua word (mutti) that is used to refer to a 'meal' made with shelled corn, cooked with salt and another ingredient that softens the skin. It reduces cholesterol levels, keeps the digestive system healthy and prevents constipation. Additionally, mote fiber carries bad cholesterol and eliminates it.

Packing: bags of 25 kg and 50 kg or as per customer requirement.
